🔄 Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please note the following:

❌ No returns on sale or discounted items
❌ Opened products cannot be returned

✅ Any product can be returned within 10 days of purchase only if the packaging is unopened and seal is intact

If the product has been opened and you’re not satisfied, please call 0309 2111465. Our customer care team will guide you through the next steps.

💰 Refund Process

• Once return approval is granted, send the product back with intact seal and in good condition
• After inspection, your refund will be issued within 10 days
• Refunds are processed via JazzCash or EasyPaisa
• Rs. 200 will be deducted as a restocking fee

🔁 Replacement Policy

• Products can be replaced only if the seal is intact and the product is unused
• Shipping costs for replacements will be paid by the customer (both ways)
• In case of damaged or incorrect items, replacement will be processed free of cost ✅
